- Bhavya Cements is the leading cement manufacturing company was established in 2007 by Sri. Venigalla Ananda Prasad, along with couple of experienced technocrats. Guided by a philosophy to produce safe, sustainable cement, it is the leading supplier of quality cement products. The company has its own limestone mining land of 996.73 acres. Bhavya Cements Limited manufactures and markets Ordinary Portland Cement, 53(S) & 43(S),
- Portland Cement for manufacture of Railway Sleepers, Portland Pozzalona Cement, Sulphate resisting portland cement, and Portland Blast Furnace Slag Cement for use in coastal areas. The company’s manufacturing unit is located at Tangeda, Near Dachepalli, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, India with annual achievable production capacity of approximately 1.4 million tonnes of cement, and some 300 employees.
- Anjani Portland Cement Ltd acquired 82.51% stake in Bhavya Cements in June 2021.
- Bhavya Cements Pvt. Ltd. has now become a subsidiary of Anjani Portland Cement Ltd. (which is a subsidiary of Chettinad Cement Corporation Pvt. Ltd.)

Non-Executive Director, Independent Director, Member and Chairperson of Audit Committee, Member or NRD & CSR. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with an experience of over 15 Years. Her core areas of expertise include debt financing and project management. She is currently serving as the Chief Financial Official at Chettinad Super Speciallty Hospital.
